I was expecting a normal bank with glass screens. What I got was an open space, some screens and a friendly welcome. The staff were helpful, not pushy, guided me to use the really quite simple machines and then took the time to genuinely talk to me and help me to save quite abit of money every month - not rush me out the door. I was very impressed and felt good when I left. The girls there are excellent and 'human'. (5/5)
