Perfect people (Kerry and Nicole are lovely) Thanks for the free cakes !! The food is great, as is the coffee. They have a loyalty card as well. I think tomorrow I will be having the soup. (5/5)

Purchased bagel and 2 coffees. Coffee arrived lukewarm after about 5 mins then waited approx another 15 mins for food. It had been forgotten and then arrived about 10 further minutes later. At this point I asked that another coffee be brought as it was stone cold and was refused coffee on grounds that it had almost been finished. Considering that it would have cost you approximately 5p to produce another coffee and that I was made to feel that I was trying to get a free coffee, I will not be back! (2/5)
