I have bought many times from this shop during my visits to St Andrew's between Sept '11 and Dec '11. What they don't have on the shelves they get very quickly. Their stock is always in pristine condition and their professionalism a pleasure to experience. (5/5)

I would thoroughly recommend this store. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. So much better than the big chains where customer service means nothing. (5/5)

My experience of the shop has been very different from the other reviewer! While most of the staff have been pleasant, the owner (who I've thankfully only encountered a handful of times) has been both unhelpful and down right rude to me in the past. Really shocking attitude for an owner of an independent shop - I've since opted to either go to Waterstones (where the staff are fantastic!) or just ordered books from Amazon. (1/5)

The staff go out of their way to be helpful and will get any book you ask for. Very friendly. (5/5)
