Decided to give shop a phone to see if they had a specific item in stock, the assistant answered with a grumted hello, I explained what I was looking for to be told the shop is open till 5-30 you can come in and look for yourself, I then explained I was disabled and was then told well I would come in before 5pm as we need to close bang on 5-30pm. Neadless to say I didnt go down and I wont be going back (1/5)

i went into new look to buy a present for my best friend but i couldnt find anything to relate to what she had asked for and i needed to get her the best present in the world but it couldnt be overley expensive i had been aroun possably every shop in st.andrews but had found nothing i sat down on a seat that is for trying on shoes and a lady called amy came and sat beside me and helped me find the best present ever it wasnt to expensive and my best friend loved it its and ace shop and i reccomend it to everyone who visits st.andrews! (5/5)
